Gianfranco Rizzolo is the founder and managing attorney of Rizzolo Law a Florida personal injury law firm dedicated exclusively to representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and other negligence-related incidents.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Rizzolo gained valuable experience working for a prominent South Florida medical billing company, providing him with a unique understanding of the healthcare system, medical records, billing practices, and the challenges injury victims often face following an accident.

Mr. Rizzolo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in General Business from Florida State University. He then attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating cum laude as a Goodwin Scholarship Recipient and earning a concentration in Health Law. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for Nova Law Review, received multiple academic honors, and was awarded the Florida Bar Law Student Award by the City, County, and Local Government Law Section of The Florida Bar.

While attending law school, Mr. Rizzolo gained valuable litigation experience through a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Bowman of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit and as a law clerk for a South Florida litigation firm.

After being admitted to The Florida Bar, Mr. Rizzolo joined one of the nation’s largest personal injury law firms, where he represented accident victims throughout every stage of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution. During his tenure, he successfully recovered millions of dollars for injured clients and developed a reputation for aggressive advocacy, meticulous case preparation, and client-focused representation.

Driven by a desire to provide a more personalized level of service, Mr. Rizzolo founded Rizzolo Law, PLLC. Since opening the firm, Rizzolo Law has recovered millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of injured clients throughout Florida.
