Gianfranco Rizzolo is the founder of Rizzolo Law, PLLC, a Florida personal injury firm built on the belief that legal representation should be both relentless and personal.

Before earning his law degree, Mr. Rizzolo developed a deep understanding of the medical side of injury cases while working in a high-volume medical billing office in South Florida. He went on to attend Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in General Business. He later graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he concentrated in Health Law and was awarded the Goodwin Scholarship for academic merit and public service.

Throughout law school, Mr. Rizzolo demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy and leadership. He served on the Board of the Nova Law Review as an Articles Editor, where he was recognized by his peers as Mentor of the Year. He was also named the Florida Bar Law Student Award recipient by the City, County, and Local Government Law Section. He held Vice President roles in both the Pulse Health Law Society and the Environmental Law and Land Use Society, and earned CALI Book Awards in Administrative Law and Professional Responsibility. For his community efforts, he received the Pro Bono Honors Silver Distinction.

Mr. Rizzolo gained early legal experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Bowman of the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County and as a law clerk for a boutique litigation firm in South Florida.

After being sworn into the Florida Bar, Mr. Rizzolo joined the nation’s largest injury law firm as a litigation attorney, where he represented injured victims throughout Florida. He handled cases from inception through litigation and trial preparation, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Today, through Rizzolo Law, PLLC, Mr. Rizzolo provides aggressive, hands-on representation with an unwavering focus on results and relationships. His vision is clear: deliver the highest level of legal advocacy while maintaining the trust, care, and accessibility that personal injury clients deserve during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

As the middle child of six siblings, Mr. Rizzolo brings a family-first mindset to his practice — grounded in empathy, driven by justice.
